GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Why are your Wedding Dresses different from the other shops?

We design our labeled Wedding Dresses in Berlin and in most cases, our designer team designs the Wedding Gown together with the brides. 

We provide a value-added tailor service (included in the price), so the dress will be automatically fitting you. You won’t spend another hundreds on a tailor.

Instead of buying from several retailers in between, we control the full supply chain, meaning we can cut all the hidden costs and offer affordable prices for our brides.  

The average price for a tailored wedding dress is around 1.600-2.600 €

Which service do you offer for brides-to-be and bridegroom-to-be?

New Design based on our wedding collection is for free.

Simple Design draft based on the bride’s wishes .

The same applies to customized wedding dresses and suits

How often do you design new Bridal collections?

Our fashion designer creates our own collections after the wedding season (from September to May) 

 

 

How many sample dresses do you have in your shop?

We have so far more than 50 different lace samples, 50 Satin, Silk, Crepes and Satin-Silk, 400 different suits (wool and cashmere) fabrics, 10 samples of Tuxedo and suits and more than 20 wedding dresses to choose from. 

Do I need an appointment for my visit?

Yes, it would be very nice of you to do so.

What’s the price range of your dress?

Wedding dress: 800-3,500 € ( the upper limit really depends on the design)

Suits: 598-3,500 € from S’120-S’210 (world’s most luxurious wool fabric)

Do you also tailor clothes other than your brand?

Yes. We do. We have tailored Evening Gowns and also Gowns and suits for Children.

What’s the process to buy from Valetudo?

Make an appointment 

1st appointment to exchange your wishes and our professional knowledge. You can also try on samples in Showroom Berlin.

2nd appointment to confirm the design draft.

3nd appointment to try on the tailored clothes and to see if it’s fitting you

Get the final fitting clothes

The whole process will last from 5-8 weeks

Do you accept urgent orders?

Yes, we can make your wedding dress earliest in two weeks. But we will charge a certain fee for our team to over work for the urgent order.

Can I design my wedding dress or evening dress with the help of your designer?

Sure! We love to design your individual dress with you. 

You will be able to see the final draft before you decide.

Where is my order?

We will send you the shipping label once the package is sent out from our shop in Berlin.

When can I cancel the order?

Once the payment is done, it means the buying agreement between us has been confirmed. So until then, you can not cancel the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Can I return the tailored wedding dress and the tailored suits?

We don’t accept returns of tailored apparel and goods since it’s tailored according to your individual body measurements.

Can I return the clothes which are in standard size?

Yes, you can return the item within 14 days after you receive the package on the condition that the item is without any damage and the labels are intact.

Do I need to pay for sending back the package?

Unfortunately Yes.  We provide all the opportunities to make as many detailed pictures as possible in order to make you fully aware of the products.

When will I get my money back when I return the order?

You will get your money back once we get the returned package. If the return condition meets our requirements, we will return your money in 1 week.

TAILOR & BODY MEASUREMENT

How can you guarantee that the tailored dress is fitting?

When it’s not fitting, we will adjust the size for you without any cost on your side. 

How can I get measured when I am not in Berlin?

You can send us your current fitting apparel and we can take the measurement from it.

What should I wear when you take my body measurement?

For a wedding dress, please wear the bra which you will wear at your wedding. 

For suits, please wear a suit which is fitting you.

How many times do you offer to change the dress if it’s not fitting?

We will change the dress for no matter how many times it might take until it fits you.

But until now we mostly have to resize once. In most cases, it‘s fitting you immediately.

Can you still adjust the size if I gain weight or lose weight before the wedding?

Yes, we can. But we do charge fees on it.

How long will the Delivery take?

Bespoke Collection: Normally 5-8 weeks. 

Others within Germany: 3-5 days.

How expensive is the shipping cost?

Within Germany:

€5.70 Hermes Päckchen (27x17x10cm) delivered at the door with  shopping cart € 0.00 – € 49.00

€6.65 Hermes S (35x35x15cm) delivered at the door with  shopping cart € 50.00 – € 490.00

€8.45 Hermes M (55x45x25cm) delivered at the door with  shopping cart €  491.00 and up

Can you ship outside of Germany?

Is it possible to pay two installments for my order?

Sure. You only need to pay 50% of the total value of the dress first and the balance of the money, you are obliged to pay 3 calendar days after picking up the wedding dress.
